This event has passed.

HSLC - Room 1244
@ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Maureen Durkin, PhD, DrPH will be speaking about the Rising Prevalence and Disparities in the Epidemiology of Autism.

Abstract: For more than 20 years, the ADDM Network has been monitoring the frequency of autism among children in Wisconsin and across the country. During this time much has changed: the prevalence of autism has risen steadily, our appreciation of neurodiversity and the spectrum of autism has evolved, and patterns of disparity have changed. This talk will provide a brief update on our findings and discuss their implications.
