In this talk we’ll review the development, implementation, and impacts of the 2019 gaps analysis of the Wisconsin behavioral health system.

Bio
Abra Vigna, Ph.D. is an Action Researcher and Evaluator with the Evaluation Research workgroup.  Dr. Vigna  has over a decade of experience working to advance health equity via direct-service, coalition building, and community-engaged action research. Trained in Human Development and Family Studies, Abra received her Ph.D. from the UW-Madison School of Human Ecology and has expertise in adolescent health, gender and sexuality, health equity, contemplative science, and child development. Prior to joining the Evaluation Research workgroup Dr. Vigna was a member of the Mobilizing Action Towards Community Health (MATCH) until within PHI where she supported statewide efforts to advance health equity via training, technical assistance, and community-engaged research. Abra is skilled in facilitation, counseling, collaborative leadership, multi-method action research and evaluation, strategic planning, conflict mediation, curriculum development, public speaking and translating research into policy and practice recommendations for policy, systems and environmental change.
