Mary Ryan joins UW as Assistant Professor of Population Health Sciences and Biostatistics and Medical Informatics

Dr. Mary Ryan is an assistant professor in Population Health Sciences and Biostatistics and Medical Informatics.  Dr. Ryan received her PhD (2021) and MS (2019) in Statistics from the University of California, Irvine, and her BA (2016) in Statistics and Bachelor of Journalism (2016) from the University of Missouri. She has previously held positions as a Postdoctoral Associate in Biostatistics at Yale University and the Yale Center for Analytical Sciences. Her current research interests are in correlated data and the design and analysis of clinical trials, with applications to Alzheimer’s disease.
