Eva Vasiljevic

Graduate Student in the PhD Population Health program since 2015

Brief Interest Statement: My research interests concentrate on how our genes and the environment interact to affect our health. Most of the conditions that afflict us have multiple causes, and it is essential to study how those different factors come together in order for us to develop preventative measures. I'm also interested in public policy because is important to communicate and implement research findings.

Why did you choose UW-Madison for your degree: UW-Madison has the collaborative structure and the faculty that are necessary for my research.

What do you hope/plan to do with your degree? In the future, I hope to conduct and communicate genetics research.
